Eric Johnston, President of the Alabama Pro-Life Coalition, reviewed 4 pro-life bills that had recently passed the Alabama House of Representatives. The package of legislation included a new fetal heartbeat bill that would ban abortion after an unborn child's heartbeat is detected, as well as strengthening the state's informed consent and parental consent laws.
