Summary

Through his prophet Isaiah, God emphasizes His sovereign nature in order to give hope to His people concerning His salvation purposes. He has promised, and He will do it. God's people must hold onto His sovereign nature in times of trouble and even in regards to our understanding of the salvation of individuals. A god who is not sovereign is no god at all.
