Summary

Over the last few months the Vision Committee has studied the Transformational Church Series and has prayerfully sought the mission and vision for Temple Baptist Church. As often happens, we discovered (or re-discovered) that inspired, meaningful growth must begin within our own hearts. To be a more outwardly-focused body of Christ, we have to learn that the words "disciple" or "missionary" apply to our own walk, and in our own community as well as to those who are called by God to serve in foreign lands. We hope you will join with us in this journey as Brother Buddy gleans the high points of the Transformation Church series and applies the Biblical truths that will encourage growth as individuals and as a church body. Today's message, the second in the Transformational Church series, was titled, "Get in the Game" and is based on scripture from 1 Peter 4:10-11.
