Summary

James 4 tells us that “we do not have because we do not ask. Solomon asked God for an understanding heart. He asked for wisdom and God gave it to him. Two blind men in Matthew asked Jesus for their sight and He healed them. Matthew 7:7 states, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be open to you. We are to ask with right and pure motives. We are to ask with clean hearts, no unconfessed sin in our life. And we are to ask believing that our all powerful God can do anything!
