Summary

Jesus is teaching his disciples a radical reorientation of priorities that is necessary for life in his new kingdom. Here he describes entry to the kingdom: some will, some won't. Those who receive the kingdom "like children" enter it, while those who -- like the rich ruler -- cling to wealth will not. For those who lose all for Jesus, he has better alternatives.
