Robert Lupton, Founder of FCS Urban Ministries, based in Atlanta and author of the book, "Toxic Charity: How Churches and Charities Hurt Those They Help (And How to Reverse It)" shared some history of his ministry and his perspective on how charity can be "toxic". Robert, as well as Butch McPherson, Director of Missions and Events at Montgomery's Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church, provided information about the conference called, "From Toxic Charity to Transformation" on Saturday, March 2nd at Frazer.
