(4/4/10) Easter Sunday: Too Good to be True?! In John 20:1-18, Mary Magdalene's encounter with the Risen Christ must have seemed like an event "too good to be true." We are very familiar with such things and have earned our cynicism. Yet, the good news of the Gospel and the hope of faith proclaims that there are some things which are NOT too good to be true. We have been gifted with God's saving grace through Jesus Christ. Because of this the world is different and we are transformed.
