Respect Other E-zekiel.tv Users

Please keep in mind that the E-zekiel.tv site is used by others. Always treat others with respect. Do not abuse the site. Every new community feature on E-zekiel.tv involves a certain level of trust. We trust you to be responsible, to use good judgment in what you post, and to use your common sense to protect yourself and the other users of the site.

Some "Do's and Don'ts"

We cannot possibly review every video that is posted on E-zekiel.tv. We must rely upon the E-zekiel.tv community to self-regulate the videos posted. If you see a video that you consider to be inappropriate for posting on E-zekiel.tv because it violates the Terms of Use, please flag it. When a video gets flagged as inappropriate, we will do our best to review the video to see if it violates our Terms of Use, but note that flagged videos are not automatically taken down by the system. If we remove your video after reviewing it, you can assume that we removed it purposefully, so please take this as a serious warning notice. If you find other videos on E-zekiel.tv with the same violations, please flag them so we can review them too.

Please respect others in the E-zekiel.tv community and DON'T:

• post pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your video, even if it's a video of yourself, don't post it on E-zekiel.tv. Also, be advised that we work closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation. Please read our Safety Tips and stay safe on E-zekiel.tv.
• post videos showing bad stuff like animal abuse, drug abuse, or bomb making.
• post videos with graphic or gratuitous violence. If your video shows someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it.
• post videos of accidents, dead bodies and similar things.
• post videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without their permission. Read our Copyright Information for more information.
• post hate speech, which is content intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnic origin, veteran status, color, age, disability or nationality.
• engage in predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from E-zekiel.tv.
• send spam. Do not create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views. Promoting your channel is one thing, but it's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.

These are not the only "dont's" but should give you a good idea of the spirit of the E-zekiel.tv site. Please use your good judgment and common sense when using the site. Please don't look for loopholes or try to lawyer your way around the guidelines for this site-instead, please follow the rules and treat others as you would like to be treated.

Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or may result in termination of your account and deletion of all your videos. We decide whether we believe your violation of our Terms of Use should result in termination of your account. Remember: If you have an account terminated you are prohibited from ever signing up for another account!

Remember that this website is for your use and enjoyment! Each and every user of E-zekiel.tv is important to the site and makes the site what it is.

• Have fun. This site is for you and others to have fun sharing videos, stories and experiences.
• Give your opinion. Sharing your opinion in a respectful manner is a great way interact with other users of the site, so leave comments, rate videos, let other users know how their videos affect you. Giving and receiving feedback on videos can amplify your E-zekiel.tv experience.
• If you don't like it, don't watch it. It's possible that you may dislike some content on the site. If you find a video that you believe violates our Terms of Use, then click "Flag as Inappropriate" under the video you're watching to submit it for review by E-zekiel.tv staff. If the video doesn't rise to the level of violating the Terms of Use, please find another video to watch that you do like, and don't waste time worrying about (or telling us about) the videos you don't.

Safety Precautions

It is important to note that E-zekiel.tv is intended for people that are age 14 and over. If you are under the age of 14, talk to your parents about other sites that are appropriate for someone your age.

Use Common Sense to Protect Privacy

You never know who will find the videos you post of you, your family and friends. Your video could even end up as one of the most viewed videos. Please be careful not to reveal personal identifying information by the videos you make public. For example, protect your telephone number, home address, social security number, license plate numbers on cars, and any other personal information that could help a stranger find out who you are or where you live. This personal information could appear in the background of your videos, so please be cautious. Once again, use your common sense to protect yourself and your identity.

Remember, E-zekiel.tv employees will never ask you for your password, email address, or other account information, so don't be tricked by someone pretending to be from E-zekiel.tv.

If you don't have anything nice to say...

We urge you to give feedback to the videos on the site, but please be considerate and respectful of the feelings of the other users when you are posting comments.

On the flipside, when you post a video you can choose whether you want to let people comment on your videos at all.

E-zekiel.tv has tons of viewers and users, and just like in the real world, most people are good, but some of them aren't. Please protect yourself, your family, your friends, and other E-zekiel.tv users by keeping personal videos private, protecting your identity, keeping your comments clean, and by reporting violations of the Terms of Use using the flagging system.
