Summary

In constructing a new members class, we not only have to answer 'who should join' and 'what joining means' but also 'why should I join a local church.' The Bible gives us examples of local church membership as well as benefits of local church membership. But the Bible also shows us that we cannot live a Gospel life as Christ would have us live it without local church membership. If we are to be filled with the Spirit, we must submit to one another.
