Summary

Is jealousy always wrong? When He reveals his character to the people of Israel, the Lord says, "My name is Jealous." God is zealous for his covenant relationship with His people, and is jealous when His people have affection for anyone or anything above Him. Through faith in Christ, God is jealous for us, and we are called to be zealous for Him by the power of the Holy Spirit.
