Summary

What about the 'man on the island?' What about the person who has never had the chance to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Can they be saved apart from faith in Jesus Christ? Before highlighting the glory of the Gospel in Romans, Paul argues that everyone is under condemnation and in need of the Gospel...even the 'man on the island.' Even the one who has never heard the Gospel rebels against the little that he knows of God.
